OnPoint has three full-time employees. The full time employees consist of the territorial reps as well as one inside sales support coordinator.

Rick Hill
OnPoint President

Rick Hill, works out of his home office in Glenbeulah, Wisconsin. He represents our manufacturers in the Wisconsin, and Illinois territories. In addition to having territory and account responsibility he is responsible for finding new lines and services for OnPoint to offer and coordinating the represented manufacturers programs. Rick joined OnPoint in August of 1989 coming from a position as National Sales Manager for ATI, a supplier of decorative materials to the industry.

Dan Warren
OnPoint Sales Rep (Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois)

Dan brings 10 years wood industry sales experience to the OnPoint Team. Dan was a Key Account Manager for the nation's largest regional hardware distributor and uses his expertise to help OnPoint formulate our distributor programs. He also has extensive experience with architecturally specified building product sales including Pella Windows and Armstrong Ceilings. Dan represents OnPoint in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. He graduated with a Marketing degree from Milliken University and has been married for 26 years to his wife Debbi. They have 5
children and reside in south suburban Chicago.
